PAUSE: Taking a Break

Due to many funds transferred to strangers' hands, and a depleting bank account, I am now sitting back and wait for all of my investment to come to fruition. I cancelled the Orion4 Sunglasses Project as I already have plenty of sunglasses - I don't need 'bragging rights' to own the best pair of sunglasses in the world. (Which they totally are btw!) - I also think that with the sheer amount of board games and video games in development I am going to be satisfied for a long time to come.

I am on a break!

I just signed up for Jumpkick. This is a service that will alert me on a daily basis with a digest of the most happening Kickstarter projects out there.

Kickstarter backers are learning by experience that Kickstarter is not a store. You are taking a risk: Maybe the product isn’t what you wanted, maybe it takes forever, maybe it’s obsolete by the time it comes out, maybe it doesn’t come out.
Kickstarter, from a creator’s perspective as well, is not a store; your would-be backers are not your customers but your investors.
